Well.  Lost my pa lease last week. Thought we had it for 5 more years but the owner wants to sell.

107 acres for 800,000$

Too rich for me..

Tired of leasing. You just learn their patterns and you end up off the next year..this one i built 4 permanent blinds cause we were to have it for 5 more years.

Guess I'll leave them there.

Lesson learned.

life goes on.

but I'm very disappointed 

So on to search for a new property
